In this session, we will be exploring the current challenges of staffing, hiring, and quality assurance in the field of Radiology. We will discuss new methodologies and advancements of training and accreditation in comparison to those of legacy methods. We will share and dive deep into the current outcomes in skill quantification in the context of MRI education and discuss possible future applications of skill assessment in Radiology as a means of accreditation and quality assurance.
