Vital Radiology Services is a global provider of teleradiology services. We are present in 9 countries with more than 125 clients, across both the public and private sector healthcare market. All reporting is completed by UK, GMC registered FRCR Radiologists, using bespoke, purpose-built software which seamlessly integrates with the hospital PACS and RIS systems allowing rapid, secure transfer of patient data, including access to relevant prior images and reports. At the heart of the workflow is our bespoke RadiCube software which has been developed to provide a highly automated workflow process, requiring very little intervention by client staff and takes minimum effort to implement. Once completed, reports are sent directly back to the RIS system and are immediately available to the referring clinician. Our unique referral portal allows direct contact between referring clinician and reporting Radiologist, expediting the response to any general questions or discrepancies from the client. Likewise, our administration portal can provide real time data with regards to current status of reports and KPI`s.
