Matt has eight years of clinical experience within the NHS and private sectors, also working in service lead roles and project management. He was the founding course lead for the BSc. (Hons) Radiography (Diagnostic Imaging) and teaches on the MSc Medical Ultrasound Course. He is responsible for the Clinical Imaging Services at AECC University College and leads the team of Sonographers, MRI and X-ray Radiographers. Matt is a Clinical Specialist Sonographer and carries out ultrasound scanning, specialising in musculoskeletal, abdominal and gynaecology, head and neck, early pregnancy and fine-needle aspiration. He is interested in Artificial Intelligence, service improvement and clinical education. He is currently working within Health Education England as the South East Workforce Fellow for Radiography.
